Iraqi police: Double suicide attack kills 30, wounds 65
BAGHDAD (AP) — Iraqi police say a double suicide bombing has struck a wedding convoy, killing at least 30 people and wounding 65 others.
Police say Thursday's attacks occurred in the town of Balad Ruz northeast of Baghdad.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility but the attack bore the hallmarks of al-Qaida in Iraq.

BAGHDAD (AP) — Iraqi police say a car bomb and a suicide bomber have struck a wedding convoy, killing two people and wounding 56 others in an attack northeast of Baghdad.
Police say the bomb went off Thursday evening in the town of Balad Ruz, northeast of Baghdad, as a wedding convoy passed. The police say a suicide bomber also struck the convoy minutes later.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
